Prints & Originals: General Information
Jack Connelly's Prints:
The majority of Jack Connelly's originals are available as prints, and are usually sized between 5 X 7 inches and 13 X 19 inches to preserve the quality of the print detail. In some cases, print sizes may vary (within 1 inch) due to the original painting size, proper resolution, and overall presentation of the print. See "Important Information Regarding Print Sizes" below for more details.
Jack Connelly's Original Paintings:
Jack Connelly's original paintings are on stretched canvas and range from 1 inch to 2 1/5 inch depth. Sizes and mediums of original pieces are specified. Originals are mailed out with extreme care; well protected, and should not be damaged when received by a customer. If a painting or print is damaged or unsatisfactory when received, please contact Jack Connelly as soon as possible.
Important Information Regarding Print Sizes!
PRINT SIZES VARY (NO MORE THAN ONE INCH) TO MAINTAIN QUALITY & PROPORTION
The sizes listed for each print are rounded to the nearest common print size. Actual sizes may vary slightly (usually no more than 1 inch) when printed, due to the original painting/canvas size. These adjustments are evaluated and determined during the printing process. Although this is not applicable to many of Jack Connelly's prints, there are several cases that will require slight adjustments to be made, such as cropping of the original image by a small fraction, or in some cases, the print may have a thin white border, less than an inch, on one or more sides of the print. This is only to allow the maximum percentage of the image to be printed while maintaining proper resolution.
If you are unsatisfied with your item/order, please don't hesitate to contact Jack Connelly in order that he can correct the issue as soon as possible through exchanges, returns, etc.
